My waitress "Go Go" was nice , she checked on us a few time which is how I like it . Don't like to be asked are u okay every 5 minutes . So good job !
Ashley was a great waitress! She was very friendly and checked on our table often. We left Pappadeux on Westheimer/Green Ridge for very poor service. We came to Sam's boat and didn't have a long drawn out wait to order our crawfish or drinks. BIG UPS TO YOU SAMS BOAT & Ashley! We'll be back soon !�����������
This is the absolute worst service I have ever had in my life. Beyond! The waitress was clueless the manager was even more clueless. Plan on sitting there for like 15 to 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledges your presence. I won't ever be coming here again. The food was good but they charged us for warm butter that we asked for when I food came out. The butter didn't come out until we finished our food! Omg, my sister took me here to eat crawfish for my birthday. It was the best time I've had in a long time. The band was the bomb, our waitress was very attentive, the food was delicious. Everything was great! No complaints 😘
worst service ever no one came to help us so we had to end us going to the bar in order to get service the waitress are not friendly at all ii won't be spending my money there ever again
