Stopped in for a noise related to another place doing work on my car, Sam put my car up on the lift and took a look finding a lose bolt, tightened it up and I'm all good again.... Also a few months ago a tire shop broke off my lug stud, they sent me to sam for the repair and he got it all taken care of for me.... Hard to find decent places now days, I believe Sams will be one of my go to's from now on... Thanks Sam!
Well, my elderly mother thought she would try a new automotive repair place that was closer to home. Took it to Sam's to get the air conditioner charged. They call her an hour later and tell her they can't fix it unless she orders a 1400 dollar compressor. 1400 before labor. When she told them she could not afford that, they told her they were still going to charge her 70 bucks for "diagnostic time."
