One word comes to mind: Integrity! And this repair is just another example. They will NOT do a repair that is unnecessary even if it was in their original diagnosis.
They were able to include a couple of last-minute tasks with my scheduled service. The staff is very polite and professional.
Honesty, friendliness, great communication. I can ask them to fix whatever they find and I know it will be done. I don't have to worry that they will make up problems to be fixed. I trust them.

I have been going to Sam's Automotive for 13 years now and would not consider going anywhere else! They take care of all my vehicles (5 total). Simple descriptive words? Honest, Trustworthy, Excellent work.
They give great service, stand behind their work, are friendly, courteous and take the time to explain the situation/work to the customer in a straightforward, easy to understand manner.
I would tell them that I'm a person there. I am known by name. The workers really care. And I receive excellent service. They even found a screw in my tire!
