Sam"s auto will never again see my vehicle. A tune up made my mileage go down by 2 mph and a bolt was left loose inside my rotary cap causing damage and of course more money. I have never been more disgusted in my life

I have been coming to Sam's Auto Service for the last 6-7 years. All my experience's with them been excellent.They explain "ALL" repairs in detail before starting the service,and will call you if something else is discovered that needs repaired,no unnecessary repairs or services will be performed. They also provide rides/and will pick you once repairs are completed.Simply put "HONESTY & INTEGRITY" best describes Sam's Auto Service. I would highly recommended them to anyone. Ross & Chris are great to deal with.
I have recommended them to some people and they have gone there. I tell the repairs are done right and in a timely manner,prices are good and the employee are great and go out of their way to satisfy you.
They're great to work with and have never mis-treated or over-charged me.
They were great and only repaired what needed to be repaired. Very honest about my car problems.
I have recommended Sam's to other people and I would do so again. I have found them honest and willing to find a solution to problems another shop said couldn't be fixed.
The staff at Sam's were very helpful, and explained to me what the problem was and what had to be done to fix it. They even offered me rides to and from the shop if it was needed! If someone asked me, I'd tell them to go there.
