I have been a customer of Royal Auto on Broadway St. and now, since they moved to Main St., in Evanston, as Sam's Auto, i still go to them. My family owns several cars and the reason I am a regular customer, because, they are honest, most reliable, sincere to their customers and most respected in the market. I like them for their timely services and most reasonable price.
I gotta some scratches on the front door of my new 2015 Camry. I accidentally found this store. Sam is very helpful and friendly. After the painting, the door looks like brand new. Also, they have discounts for NU students.
I needed to get my car repaired and I happened to find Sam's on the google search engine. It was a little hard to find the shop at first because it looks like a normal apartment building. However, the doors and windows are a bright green and blue so you can find it that way. The guys navigated me to the entrance. Sunny knew exactly what was causing the rattling in my car. good service great mechanic . he knows what type of problems cars have and exactly how to fix them so you will not have to come back for the same thing again. I love being a customer here because they take such good care of you. I had to come in for my tires a few times. I normally would come in 2 times a year and Firestone always said ti was because of the way I drive. Sam's explained the weight and tracking of the car were off which indirectly wore out my tires more often than it should. I got them serviced about 1 year ag... read more

great place, they are very good and understand exactly what is wrong with a car as well as what caused it. Best part is they are transparent so you can see all the problems without worrying about work done on your car
