This auto body shop is for luxury cars, not all cars. It's sad to write this review, but they quoted my insurance (Progressive) $10,000 for small work on a 2017 Honda Civic. They're terrible at communicating, and I couldn't even get my car back because they quoted Progressive an outlandish number to fix side-sweep damage on the vehicle, which was labeled as a "loss" when it could've easily been fixed by sticking with a $2000 quote given
I was rear ended. My bumper and trunk were impacted, as well as my tail light. I had to go through my insurance (AAA) and submit a claim. Sam’s Auto Land was able to take on my claim since they are a verified AAA shop. They had amazing service and fixed my car in less than two weeks. They also provided service updates via text throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this shop and would come back again.
I've used Sam's Autoland several times before for body repairs and they never disappoint. Always do a great job, I get the car back like new. They coordinate perfectly with my insurance. No hassle, friendly, helpful staff.
