My only issue is when I purchased my washer and dryer I asked Sam about hooking up the dryer. He told me he would be there to to hook up the dryer. When the guys delivered the set I was told this information was not true. So of course I called Sam and he said there was a communication issue and he never said that. The prices are great and the employees are nice. They delivered same day and were very respectful. That was years ago and I have not had a problem yet.
I brought a refrigerator in 2/2012. It started leaking in May 2012. I called and it was under warranty. This company sent two men out to my house and fixed the leak. Two months later July 2012, five months after purchasing the refrigerator it stops working. I called the company and they told me to pay for them to come out and repair the refrigerator. Really??? The manager stated the owner was out of the country!!! My question to the manager was why would you sell a refrigerator that you know would not last. She had no answer... read more
