You are going to non-renew the lease in the middle of the winter! Even after eight years of paying rent on time! Shame on you! Avoid renting from Sampson-Morris at all costs!
I have lived here for seven years. Every time we have a power outage the pilot light on the water heater goes out and this is the fifth time they do not consider it an emergency to have the maintenance man come to relight the pilot light. This has happened during the day there are eleven apartments in this building and we always have to wait until the next day after9am or later to get it lit. One of the highest app fees in the area especially for dingy apartments. Their renovated apartments are still extremely dated.
Great people to work with and they made the entire process very easy to rent an apartment! The facility was clean and well cared for. I'd definitely rent form them again!
