My appointment today the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude as I apologised for being late but it’s still no reason for her to be rude to me I’ve been coming to this dental clinic for so many years and I’ve never come across someone as rude as her extremely disappointed.
I just want to express my gratitude to James and the wonderful team for the amazing service and treatment I recently had at the clinic. James took extra care with me as I have super sensitive teeth and jaw issues so he understood that I needed some breaks between my clean to rest my jaw. He also took extra steps to refer me onto a specialist to review my TMJ issues which was fantastic. The clinic is super clean and has a lovely feel with great staff who looked after me. Highly recommend. Thank you.
Dr James Bakker has always made me feel extremely comfortable and explains things in simple terms. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results of my last filling on a front tooth. You can’t even notice it. Great dentist.
I've been seeing Dr Bakker for several years now and he has always ed treated me with respect while offering quality service. From nervous experience at other dentist I find Dr Bakker prices very reasonable, especially since he takes such great care and service for myself and my family. While my sister was going through chemotherapy he was diligent and kind in looking after her teeth. We are happy to find that her teeth got zero cavities during her chemo treatment under his care.
I recently went to the dentist and was looked after by the gentleman named James. A knowledgeable person and a caring person who showed the concern of the patient he was dealing with was not in pain.He also called me back to see how I was doing after the fillings I had done just to make sure that I wasn’t in any pain. Hard to find people like this these days.Highly recommended.
