AWESOME !.. Levi came out and did a very complete estimate and really carefully looked at the whole system. Gave us multiple options and what to do in order. REALLY good plan of action. We then had them come do the work. Communication on the appt timing was great and they were right on time. AWESOME work and fast. Really good to work with. Love the job they did for me same day I called. In fact, they had the job done within 6.5 hours of my initial call. Levi and his partner were very professional and explained everything they were doing. I highly recommend you use Samples if you are needing the tank pumped out. Excellent experience! We were referred to Samples Septic by a satisfied customer. I contacted the company about needing a service and inspection and they were able to help out on such short notice. Levi was very professional and informative. The customer service is top notch. It rained during the inspection and he continued to work with a smile. The pricing is competitive and he did an awesome job! They have earned our future business and we highly recommend this company!

Had Smaples Septic come out to pump my septic tank and fix a sump pump $900 total. Then he had the audacity to be the defendants witness and testify against us when we had to file suit against the seller that sold the house with a defective septic system. Resulting is our lose (spent over 11K fixing our house 6 months after we move in). I don’t know about you but you would think that an ethical business would defend his clients over his personal friends.
