I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up.
