Staff was friendly and gentle during procedures. They do an excellent job at explaining the details.

A great practice. Everyone is very friendly, outgoing, and understanding. Dr. Sheng is personable and is always smiling, willing to explain what needs to be done in a clear manner. I absolutely recommend using Samoset Family Dental for any procedure.
I don't think anyone feels that getting your teeth cleaned is pleasant but this was the most pleasant of any I've had done. The office is state of the art. The staff pleasant, informative, and thorough. Dr Sheng explained the next steps and I felt like I was in good hands. Looking forward to getting some issues taken care of that I've let go too long.
Staff and Dr. are usually friendly but this visit I found the new receptionist to be cold and grumpy.
I trust Dr. Sheng. I feel that she has done good work for me and I will continue going to her.
