Horrid check out policy The store looks really run down including leaky roof and bucket, which would be okay if the prices where right and service was good but prices are just as high if not higher then home depot and the selection is poor. You have workers follow you around the store asking what you need every other minute. I just hate being followed around. Stacey S These guys are excellent! They open the boxes to be sure you have all you need so you don't need to make a 2nd trip. If they have ever followed me around and asked if I needed help, and I wasn't needing help, I simply said "No, Thank you" and I wasnt bothered again. This Samons is a small town plumbing and electrical, and I APPRECIATE all the great costomer service I have received.
Swamp coolers Samons has the best selection of stuff to maintain swamp coolers, Home Depot and Lowes can't even compete. Their employees are great for the same reason Sandy said, they really know their stuff. They also opened a couple of boxes with kitchen faucets in them so that I could see if they had the right kind of fittings so that I could install it. It saved me from having to hire a plumber to install the faucet.
crazemat Let me tell you my story & you decide. I've had a leaky shower head for about a month now and it was getting worse. My research indicated the problem was likely related to the faucet and not the actual shower head. I called the Rio Rancho Samon's store and spoke with Manny, who suggested I bring the dismantled parts in so he could ensure I received the correct replacements. To Melissa K. The previous reviewer is obviously a stupid b1tch. Ooh, they made me show my ID, ooh people want to help... Give me a break. Samon's doesn't have a huge selection because they have everything the other guys don't have. If you want fancy and glitz (and no customer service) go to home depot or lowes.
