This place always seems to amaze me. Samuel is a great guy and very knowledgeable about the food. Everytime I go I try something new. Even if your not into exotic the Angus burger is awesome.

the staff is extremely friendly, the food, well I had the duck and foie gras hot dog, I added sourkraut, caramelized onions, and the aji sauce, after the first bite, I needed a moment to compose myself, the stuffed jalapenos with elk meat were great, had a taste of the wild boar burger from my wife, all in all, delicious, the craft beer selection, excellent, will definitely come back for more and will bring friends, oh, before I forget, the Bailey's and Guinness cupcake, was insanely delish.

Tried the kangaroo skewers today. Bit nervous but it was good. Next time it’ll be elk sausage or python chili.

Just passing through town...We had one of several game options and shared...everything was prepared and presented perfectly and the staff was wonderful! Would DEFINITELY go back over and over again!!
