Recommendedstarted going there about 60 years ago. was a 18 mile trip from home in Marble. now, if only I could get them to open one in Gold Canyon, Arizona I would be in hawg heaven! how well I remember Gertie, the manager in the early '60s who went on to open Plaza Pizza on west 7th in st. paul. it was pizza night for the 3rd shift at CDC every friday!
They have fantastic food and excellent customer service! The establishment is well decorated also. We love coming here with family and friends! Never disappointed!

I think that Sammy's Pizzas are the best I have ever tasted. When I was going to school in Hibbing in 1966, my friends went to Sammy's Pizza every night and the Pizzas are still as great as they were way back in 1966. I would eat Sammy's Pizza as often as I could even if my son did not own and manage Sammy's Pizza/ Hibbing. The great part of that is that Rich makes us special Sammy's Pizzas to have at our home n Nestor Falls, Ontario, and our friends all think they are yummy and wait to be invited over.
