Great pizza Not only does Sammy's have great pizza, it also has great Italian food. We love the pizza buffets--you can get all your favorite pizzas in one meal, plus chicken wings, salad and a pasta salad.
Great pizza! Sammy's has some of the best pizza around! I grew up with the original Sammy's in Hibbing, MN and I was skeptical that this would be as good but it surprised me. The buffett is also worth going for...in addition to pizza they have a great selection of other foods.
The best in town – Best pizza and lunch buffet in town, very friendly staff and a very nice decor. The sams special is my favorite pizza the sausage is outstanding. The person who said it was bland and gave a bad review has no idea what good pizza is. If your looking for a good pie this is your place.
Return to family traditions and values – Walking into Sammy's Pizza you get a feel for family traditions and values. The food is incredible, my favorite being the cheese ravioli's made with Grandma P's homemade sauce. I have tried the salad's, pizza and many of the pasta's and have never been dissapointed. best pizza anywhere – I have been eating sammy's pizza since i was at UMD in the 70's. To me it defines pizza. Three toppings i highly recommend are the sausage, always fresh with a strong fennel influence, the kosher salami, (i've never had it anywhere else), and the seasoned ground beef (not your ordinary ground beef). Less than average – I ordered this last Sunday with my father. The ingredients were VERY skimpy. There were some squares that had no sausage at all. The cheese was skimpy also. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe, but I have had this at one of their locations up north and I thought it was good. Not this time. Very tasteless. I will not order again. My taste buds like to be awakened, not bored to sleep.
Brookly park location,,,,no – Sorry guys,, the food was bland,, price high,, and when I sent it back I was charged for the part that I ate. I love Itallian food,, and this one missed the mark on taste, value,, and service. Let the buyer beware??
Great Family recipe, Best Pizza Around – I have been a fan of Sammys for quite some time and have visited their restaurants from Wausau,Wis, Green Bay, Winona, Eau Claire and the thing they all have in common is that the quality of the pizza remains the same. The Coon Rapids site is a great place with plenty of room and excellent service. Lunch buffets are served everyday including on the weekends. The first time you walk into a Sammys the aroma of that pizza will get you hooked. Best Pizza Around!!!!!!!
Nice place! – Kid friendly. Looks nice. Good pizza. Buffet on Mondays are a perfect choice for a big family of picky eaters. Always good service. My boy's can't wait till we go the next time.
