Positives: Punctual (fast actually) and accurate. Negatives: 1) Tried to HARD sell me into a new unit, and dissuade me from the actual fix. 2) Installed the part for an exorbitant amt. (Literally a $35 part, according to Amazon and another supplier, for $500.) All that being said snd while they did diagnose the issue, I don't feel that they are extremely trustworthy and I won't be using them again.

Joel from Sammys Heating & Air Service was punctual, courteous , masked up, and honest in his appraisal of what we needed or did not. Also, extremely competent and efficient in making the repair the very day we thought he'd just be giving us an estimate.

Great experience. Very professional technician and very knowledgeable. He showed me everything he needed to do and why. Also showed me how to properly set the thermostat for the best efficiency. Great help and a fair price. I highly recommend Sammys Heating & Air Service.

Technician was prompt, friendly and communicated well. Service was part of regular maintenance, and was done efficiently. I appreciated replacement of filter and advice on positioning for best use. Great company, always pleased with service.

BEWARE.. all of these reviews below this are NOT real people, just look at them and their other reviews... There is no office for this business at this address. all they do is hire Independent contactors in the area to come to your house, then they will ask for Venmo, cash app, etc. There is no Sammy's heating and air service. Also they are trying to get 500$ for a simple wire replacement job on top of a $175 service fee.
