Was told that water would be charge at $5 if no alcohol was being ordered. Food was also ordered and owner approached our table telling us that no food was ordered and that the rules are $30 minimum. Great server but bad management. So if your planning to be the DD be ready to pay more than an alcoholic drink.
The best thing about Sammy C's is the atmosphere. It has large rooms with a lot of memorabilia on the walls but it doesn't feel cluttered, and even on the busiest nights there's a little room to stretch. The bartenders are friendly and make good drinks, but most of the food leave something to be desired.
Below average food. The owner was nice! The overall value was poor.
If you have the chance, go there you will not regret it.....
