Absolutely disregarded what I asked for and cut what barber wanted to do as apposed to what I stated I wanted done. Horrible cut.

John, we appreciate your honest feedback and will work with our newest barber to correct any shortcomings. Cutting on a professional floor is different than 5 years of cutting your buddies in the bathroom and graduating from a national academy after 2400 hrs of professional training! The real world is the real deal and we assign them to a master barber from our shop for their 1st 12 weeks with us. Even with all this we sometimes fall short unfortunately. My St. Baldrick's head shaving event was postponed by weather and I needed a place to do it. Not only did Lucky 27 return my call immediately but they were happy to help and were already a member shop for the charity. They worked around my schedule and were so very friendly, helpful, generous, and professional. Top notch work from top notch people and a great shop.
