best grilled cheese sandwich i've had in 30 years - just like the ones i make! btw - their sourdough bread is delicious - mild, (not "sour" per se) perfect for grilled cheese sandwiches! the bread gets toasted nice n crispy crunchy golden...i like to sprinkle a little salt on top :-)
