She makes tons of mistakes in the contract and very lazy to follow up. She will screw you on the closing after your due diligence expires. Be careful everybody , don't deal with her . She will scam you. State needs to suspends her license. She got judgements against her in seminole county court. She is nothing but lies and fraud.
