I had initially contacted Samira to inquire about selling my house in order to pay off a substantial amount of medical debt. Rather than blindly pursuing me as a client, she instead urged me to investigate refinancing and other debt relief options before committing to a sale. Samira is a phenomenal agent! She helped us buy our first house and I cannot praise her enough for how much she supported us and advocated for us throughout the entire process. She wouldn’t let us settle, and thanks to her we were able to buy our dream house! The sellers agent even took our offer, that was slightly lower than a competing offer, because of Samira’s professionalism. When making the biggest purchase of our lives, I couldn’t imagine a better person to have in our corner.

Samira was wonderful to work with during our process of deciding whether to purchase a rental home. She was helpful, kind and patient and showed us many potential properties even though we didn't end up finding a property that worked well for us. We will absolutely call on her again if we find ourselves in the market for buying or selling.
