I'm waiting on them to confirm my insurance will cover the injection procedure. It's been over a month I've not been contacted. I've talked with the person by phone at the front desk and explained the situation, that I've been waiting on his nurse practitioner to get back in touch with me. I'm about to change doctor!!! Everytime I come for an appointment you literally sit and wait for an hour or more. Imagine you're in chronic pain and sitting in the back room to be seen for an hour or more is beyond me! Didn't post my first experience which was horrible! But this time I have to, this is so unprofessional!
