Dr. Sur was exceptional. He clearly explained every step, welcomed my questions, and made sure I fully understood my options. His expertise and thoughtful approach gave me complete confidence that I’m in excellent hands.
Dr. Sur has a wonderful bedside manner and was very knowledgeable about my condition. He shared X-ray images and explained everything in terms that I could understand. He explained what he had done up to that point to treat me and what his future plans were to treat me. I love that he took the time to offer explanations instead of just assuming that I would not be able to comprehend. He and his staff were very kind, caring and professional and made me feel that I could trust them to provide me with the best care
