I have seen Dr Pattni twice and both times I was given eyeglass prescriptions that were incorrect. After the second occasion I made an appt to return and report this fact and hopefully get a corrected script. The front desk staff never let me see the doctor. They kept walking to the back of the clinic with my next to worthless glasses and returning to explain the same irrelevant excuse over and over again..... Dr Pattni is a very knowledgeable, smart, caring, down to earth eye doctor I have ever met. I have been to several eye doctors in the past, but I haven't met anyone more knowledgeable than Dr Pattni. Recently, I went to an ophthalmologist because I was having blurry vision and he couldn't figure it out. I went to Dr Pattni and as soon as I told him my problem, he knew what the issue was.
