Office does not answer the phone! So when I called to cancel my appointment I have to leave message! I thought it will be canceled since no one call me back. I received a bill a few weeks later for no show! I called multiple times left message saying I have time stamp on my phone that I did call the office on Friday to cancel my appointment.
