Tried to set up a new patient apt today for migraine Botox PREEMPT protocol. It took 12+ mins on hold to get the receptionist. After explaining that I have a prior authorization approved thru October 2026 and that I currently am seen at the Headache Clinic at UCSF, but looking for a provider closer to home, I was told I didn’t have a PCP referal on file. Dr Moshi takes the time to listen and address your problems properly and won't stop till a plan fully works. Not to mention his bedside manner is great. I greatly recommend him.
Very nice and helpful staff with good sense of humor and understanding .
Can’t even get the office to receive a referral assistance from Office are not helpful. Also fax number. Also don’t work , funny how u can get reply from doc on a review but not a call back
