Fantastic doctor with a great heart.
Dr Sami Arslanlar, is very knowledgeable, professional ,compassionate and approachable. Recently, was my first endoscopy & colonoscopy in about 15 yrs. I was quite apprehensive about getting procedures, but Dr Sami comforted me by his approach and eased my anxiety , to the point, that I have no anxiety about future procedures. I highly recommend him for all gastrointestinal issues and I will definitely be visiting him for any future digestive problems, that may arise with my health. He is a great doctor.
Dr. Arslanlar discussed my current condition, and we both felt I was doing well and would have another visit in a year, unless something became an issue in the interim. I believe he is thorough and has a sincere interest in keeping me well. I have been very pleased with his checkups.
Dr Arslanlar is very patient, thorough and compassionate, In a time for me that the worst news was found, He did everything to put me at ease and explaining what was found. 10 years later I’m still here and look forward to my colonoscopies! ( not really) but I would never go to anyone else, his bedside manner, his patience and the time he takes to explain everything you don’t fine with any doctors nowadays

I'm not sure I can still tout Dr. Arslander as being a great doctor due to the inability of reaching him outside of an appointment is next to impossible.During my last regular visit, Dr. Arslanlar changed my medication and told me to reach out in a week to let him know how I was doing. I sent him a message on the portal and did not hear back, so I called his office, left four messages, finally received a reply from a nurse saying she would let Dr. Arslanlar, know my message was on the portal, but I never heard back. He took the time to talk and most importantly listen. Gave me time and did not try to rush me through the appointment. He explained everything very thoroughly and made us feel really comfortable. Probably the nicest and most professional dr I have seen in years, he never had to look at his laptop for answers to our questions, he reminded me of what Dr’s were like 30 years ago before “patient count per day “ became the most important thing for Dr’s . He is great, I would recommend him to everyone
My most recent visit with Dr. Arslanler was via Face Time last week. We discussed a gastro symptom presenting itself. Dr. Arslanler took necessary steps to look into this problem. He is very competent and takes time to listen.
