I would not recommend using this site for psychology/ psychiatry services because after you pay no appointment is guaranteed. Ive tried several times to get an appointment but the psychiatrist would not get back to me. Then when you ask for a refund they tell you they need to review your account first and it will take a few weeks. Ha run far away, don’t use Sami aid.
Like others have said, their site is not user friendly. I normally see a nurse practitioner to monitor my blood pressure. I sign up to speak to a nurse, the nurse tells me she couldn't help with that service and I will have to schedule a doctor. I've tried and tried for a refund for the nurse visit since I had to pay again for the doctor's visit. I don't recommend this service.
Convenient, but really hard to navigate. They partner with mdlive, which is where all your appointment information is at. So far I've only been able to access it AFTER paying for an appointment.
Great customer service whenever I had any problems with their website, they called me back and helped me. Also, I found great psychiatrist who professionally helped me with my problems. Overall, great service for its price.
