This was one of the worst apartment experiences I have had. The property was dirty, there were bug problems, and management handled concerns poorly. Susie, the general manager, was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable more than once. Please look elsewhere before moving here.
Please do your research before moving here. The apartments have roach issues, the property is not kept clean, and Susie, the general manager, was extremely unprofessional during my experience. I did not feel respected or treated fairly at all. Overall, living here was stressful and disappointing.
The young lady, Elisabeth, is very kind and helpful! Great at her job!

I'll start with the positives. Lots of parking. Lots of guest parking spaces. New ownership *seems* to be making improvements on overall condition of the complex. Unfortunately, the positives are very few and are insignificant compared to the balance of our experience with Samford Square.
