I would not recommend this apartment complex to any student. When my roommate first moved in, the unit had no cabinets, a filthy tub, and clearly had not been cleaned before move in, she and her mother had to spend an entire afternoon deep cleaning it themselves. When I moved in shortly after, I was greeted by a German cockroach in the bathroom on day one. Since then it has turned into an ongoing infestation. Be careful they will try to charge you basically $200 in carpet cleaning fees even though they tore up the carpet on move out day. I have video and picture proof yet no response. No email that works and has refused to reply to what I sent them. Just know you get what you pay for
Ive lived there for 2 years and at the end of both years they have falsely accused me of fake charges that got dropped the moment I showed them picture evidence... Disgusting place.
They are going to charge you at least $200 when you move out for "cleaning fee", and they don't mention it in the lease. Be careful!!!
This is what they consider a “clean and ready-to-move-in” apartment looks like. The unit smelled strongly of cigarette smoke upon move-in, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The leasing office has been extremely unhelpful and, in my experience, has ignored my concerns rather than addressing them.
