This is what they consider a “clean and ready-to-move-in” apartment looks like. The unit smelled strongly of cigarette smoke upon move-in, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The leasing office has been extremely unhelpful and, in my experience, has ignored my concerns rather than addressing them. If you want to have a good place to stay, do not come here. I lived here for 2 years & the experience never changed. When I first moved in, the apartment was a wreck. It literally looked as if a tornado hit it with extra furniture from other apartments, hair, and dust everywhere. Fine, I tried to overlook it, but when I would see numerous roaches a day & my roommates would say they would see rats, that’s when it became a problem. Don’t get me started on the appliances. This was one of the worst apartment experiences I have had. The property was dirty, there were bug problems, and management handled concerns poorly. Susie, the general manager, was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable more than once. Please look elsewhere before moving here.
Please do your research before moving here. The apartments have roach issues, the property is not kept clean, and Susie, the general manager, was extremely unprofessional during my experience. I did not feel respected or treated fairly at all. Overall, living here was stressful and disappointing.
The young lady, Elisabeth, is very kind and helpful! Great at her job!
