I was worried to take my vehicle to this location because of all the bad reviews but I had a pretty pleasant experience. I was able to make an appointment for the next day for my car that was making a squeaking noise. Lady as the reception(blonde, sorry I didn't get her name) was very cheerful and nice each time I went in. Well, this morning I went for the first Mazda Service for my CX50, I purchased the vehicle in SA, on the website schedule service they say there is a Mazda service, went today for the service and it is a third party outsourcing work, not a Mazda, this is an SCAM, be aware, had to re-scheduled the service in NP Mazda in SA, they are very professional.
Difficult to hv people answering the phone in service department. The lady answered the phone in service department , named “Eisa”, was rude. She puts me on hold for over 20 mins. Waste of my time. She definitely needs some service attitude training.
