Take your business elsewhere... Worst experience from the service dept. Stranded in Laredo from San Antonio with a Ford Focus that was not even plugged in for 9 days. No rent car, no loaner, no way to get back to San Antonio. 15 days and the car is not done. William Weber made no amends to get me back to San Antonio (loaner, rental, shuttle, etc.) and no consideration for me being without a vehicle for 2 weeks maybe going on 3 wks.
