Sames went above and beyond my expectations Delivery Hospitality Customer Service
Great customer service from the sales representative and assisting staff. Waiting time to sign was absolutely the worst . Especially since I already knew what I wanted, and had my current vehicle to trade in with the title in hand. Trade-in process was fairly easy, and I feel I was given a fair amount for my vehicle. Only thing I absolutely did not like was I was only given one set of keys for the Certified Pre-owned Honda. My trade in was also purchased here many years ago, and I was given 2 sets of keys .
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. The level of customer service here is beyond frustrating and honestly unacceptable. Communication is practically nonexistent, and trying to get any sort of update on our vehicle feels impossible. They do not answer phone calls, rarely return messages, and never seem to take the initiative to keep customers informed about what is going on with their car. I have always seen the laredo car market not as competitive on pricing vs the out of town dealers but was sure impressed this time around. Joe Casso made sure to keep my business local beating everyone on pricing on the exact vehicle i wanted, the ease of purchase and overall shopping experience was top grade. Even on a not so perfect score this team was able to get me into the nice Honda low APR. if you got a doubt give it a shot they did help me make my wife's mothers day gift a special one
