We have been customers with Sames Honda since 2017, and have loved our vehicle. This year we upgraded with Mr. Joe Casso and we received great customer service from him and the rest of the Sames Honda Family.
Hate that the receptionist people never answer! Always transfer every damn call to service department. What is the purpose of them again because you go in person and they are just stilling on there phones or talking with other employees. Very professional! 10 calls and only one was answered.
So happy with my new car from Sames Honda Laredo! 🙌 Melinda Cuellar made everything so easy and truly cared about helping me find what I wanted. 10/10 experience! 💯🚘
