I'll say this, it is the first time ever to approach a dealership in Laredo, and have a salesman be honest, and direct with answers. My salesman is Ramiro Ramos. There was no running around, no I'll get back to you. Mr. Ramos was friendly, and honest. Truly had a great experience.
It's always a pleasure working with Honda. They always take care of their customers.
I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Sames Honda for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. A special thank you goes to Oscar Sanchez who was outstanding throughout the entire process of servicing my 2023 DODGE CHARGER. He was always patient, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me. I highly recommend Sames Honda to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service. Thank you again to Oscar and the whole team for your great support!
