Had a bad experience with Mike Shaw Kia . Went and saw Hector and Jairo . My credit is not the greatest and they got me into my 2017 low milage F150 XLT ( Beautiful Truck ) and the payment I wanted . You couldn't ask for a better Dealership . The guys in Financing got me a low interest rate for my credit . I cant thank yall enough you have a customer for life . I was also in and out in about hour and half . Thank you again for being a Honest Dealership.
They lied about car deal! They said there would be 0 down payment and money cash back. Money was going to be used to pay off old vehicle and they said we would get what was left, which would of been ~$600. We asked two different people there if that was correct and they both said it was. Well they turned around and used that $600 as a down payment! Horrible people! Hung up on us when we called and explained the situation. Never doing business with them again!
Sames Ford are the worst !! Warning stay away horrid horrible careless ruthless people evasive and liars! They lied to me and my husband over and over and they will not let me talk to the managers not one manager will talk to us they have robbed us over and over and they cannot be trusted definitely do not have customers first AT all!!!
gud prices on cars and condition
I took my sons truck in for a trailer plug and just a few things to have checked out. They had it for over a week working on 2weeks Trailer plug was never replaced and charged me 82.00 dollars to replace a fuse that didn’t fix the problem. Then when I get it back the A/C does not work anymore and they go telling me it has a leak. Charge me 653.00 for everything at least the satellite antenna did fix the radio and gps problem

i recently had yall replace my battery and water pump my only issue was on my paperwork yall put my engine coolant was topped off i checked it was nearly epmty i had to top it off my self... don't put things yall did if infact yall didnt do them people dont have money to just throw around smh it put me in a little hole smh
