Cut the wrong artery in my surgery. In a coma for 2 weeks....
My husband received a vasectomy today from Dr. Kalakish. Wait time was about 90 min and procedure was about 30 min. Everyone was very pleasant, knowledgeable ,and helpful. The assistant was out sick so there was someone filling in who usually works with a different doctor but the experience was still really great. Kalakish’s efficiency and funny bedside manner were appreciate. He recommended some great Indian dishes from Indian Oven which we ordered on the way home. Highly recommend.
Have left review previously, update: my husband had an appt with Dr samer Kalakish Sept 6,2024 @ 11:15 am. He has drawn up appointed designated patient advocacy paperwork in which I am his advocate. He contacted Dr. Kalakish, sent all the paperwork & a letter explaining that he would not be seen without me, his advocate in the room in plain site as his extra set of ears & eyes & mouth if needed. Dr. Kalakish is a very good doctor, he performed a prostate biopsy procedure on me two weeks ago. I expected a lot pain from this procedure, much to my relief, I had hardly any pain or negative effects. The doctor takes plenty of time to explain what he doing and why he is doing it. I have utmost confidence in Dr. Kalakish to treat the very low grade cancer that was detected in me.
Had a September 6, 2024 appt with Dr. Kalakish. It was my husband's appt. He has a legally drawn up Appointed Designated Patient Advocate. My appt was cancelled by he and GGC. No one would say why? But this is illegal. I would like an explanation as to why it was cancelled just before my appt.IWe sure part of it was that we was refused to have a female in the room and/or examining him/touching him/seeing him. The appt was made with the Dr. not his assistant. This was illegal and we would like an explanation, please?
