I had a really wonderful experience at this salon. The girl who did my services was so professional and had such a kind and friendly nature. She shaped my eyebrows exactly the way I wanted, very neat and natural – I honestly loved the result. She also did my waxing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Very disappointed in my experience….i went for eyebrow threading and asked for a simple clean up and emphasized twice not too thin but the outcome was very thin & my eyebrows are completely reshaped, it is disappointing because I was very clear and I hate the way they came out. The lady who did them is very nice, but I got the complete opposite from what I asked for.

I recently used two services at the salon: Armpit and Leg Waxing: A young girl handled my waxing, but despite informing her that I have sensitive skin, she repeatedly applied the wax strips on the same area. This caused a burning sensation in my armpits. When I asked for something to soothe it, she gave me oil, which only worsened the pain.
