Just like what was written in many other reviews here, my experience is also that there are so many things the staff doesn't tell you before they take your money. Their mishandling of refunds and credits, as well as the incompetence of staff in general, is very disappointing. The staff is consistently rude, unwelcoming and just plain seem like they don't want to help anyone.
