The worst treatment ever
Terrible place, the front office had no clue what doing. They had me show up and then told me the flu vaccine is not available. All They cared about is making money for the kids to show up and copy a visit on their record for the insurance. Then I called again and they tell me that I may show up to the next appointment and no vaccine will be there. They only told me that because I called and insisted on making sure the vaccine is there so they don’t trick us.
Dr. Elamir is very nice and knowledgeable. He pays attention to the children when they speak and takes time with them. He found something in my son no other doctor took the time to see. I highly recommend him to anyone for your children's health and well being.
The people who work here are all very kind, but Maribel is unbelievably kind. I was having difficulty getting a referral, and she called other doctor's office to help resolve the issue. Since my english is not perfect, I was struggling a bit, but she still helped me so patiently. I really aprreciate her help.
