Intelligent, efficient, timely. Dr. Oak was wonderful and kind. He explained the medical complexities clearly and offered me treatment options with risk vs benefit, and made me feel comfortable about care options. He gave me short term and long term prognosis as well as clear indications of when to reach out again depending on treatment response. He did this with empathy and topped it off by getting me in and out of the office in less than 45 minutes. I couldn't ask for better care.
