I have been completely satisfied with my Intracept procedure. Yesterday's follow-up was a positive informative one. All questions and concerns were addressed and I was very satisfied with how they were answered. The whole practice staff are all very competent, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm very happy to have been asked to share my thoughts on having been under Dr. Kapasi 's care.
Dr Kapasi, seams very focused on resolving my lower back pain.
I think my visit for treatment went as well as it could of gone. The staff from the time I was checking in till my visit was over, every single one of them were smiling and very polite and cleanly dressed. The doctor was great, explained the procedure an did it without any uncomfortable or unnecessary pain.Im very thankful for their help in getting me back to being able to be able to do things in life that I'm unable to do since my injury.
