We took my son in there on a Sunday afternoon because he had been having flu like symptoms for five days and had lost his voice. We were told to tough it out, told to get some different over-the-counter medication‘s, and told to send him to school. We followed their advice and by 10 AM on Monday morning I am picking my son up from school and heading to a different urgent care to at least get him a provider that will help with his symptoms. I checked into SMH SameDay Health & Imaging today (a Monday) at 3:21pm. I’m now sitting in my car, writing this review 16 minutes later having completed both a chest x-ray and bloodwork. No wait for either. Simply put, I am blown away at the efficiency, compassion and kindness folks at this clinic show their patients. This is gold standard stuff, people. Could not be happier or more satisfied with my healthcare.
From intake through treatment the whole team was excellent. I felt heard and cared for despite a busy year end.
Great experience - everyone I interacted with was pleasant and Diane, the nurse practitioner was fantastic! Loved her!
