Avoid Instant Granny Flats at all costs. Friend of mine posted on the company's Facebook page today when she realised they were just a 'phoenix' company spun up out of a previous one - Same Day Granny Flats - that went bust last year and instead of defending themselves - they just deleted it. Sales staff were fantastic friendly, helpful, and made the purchase process easy. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been very disappointing. We were initially provided with incorrect instructions for the cabin, which caused avoidable delays and confusion. Once that was sorted, we found multiple issues with the build quality and functionality, including a window that won’t latch, an interior door latch that doesn’t align properly, and a broken bathroom tap. We were initially thrilled to work with Josh from Instant Granny Flats, who was helpful and enthusiastic during the sales process.
