Sales staff were fantastic friendly, helpful, and made the purchase process easy. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been very disappointing. We were initially thrilled to work with Josh from Instant Granny Flats, who was helpful and enthusiastic during the sales process. Well ours wasn’t delivered to our property after paying for it !it was dumped miles away in a paddock the light switches are all on a slop no sink was put in or taps water pours in from door when it rains so we aren’t happy with the money we paid at all
