Great service and results! We love our new garage door, and it only took a few hours! Evan and Liz were both friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciated the thorough explanations without being condescending. About a month ago our garage door malfunction. It was a Friday mid-day. I called a few places to compare availability and prices. I was expecting a worst case scenario because our opener was about 20years old. I decided pick the Same Day Garage Door Repair team because they were immediately available. The technicians were really really great and kind. They unfortunately were scheduled to come on the day of that super super cold freeze (where they cancelled school) and I was shocked - we got them set up outside with some space heaters and offered coffee but goodness I felt bad! Bosses definitely should have rescheduled because that felt dangerous. To clarify a few things for anyone reading this: My original review was written before the district manager called me, so the tone of that conversation was not even part of my original complaint. The issue was never that the spring required special ordering or that the repair could not be completed immediately. I understand some garage doors use less common spring sizes.
