Customer service is awesome as always. They always talk to you with sincerity and respect. The communication is on point about letting you know what is wrong or not wrong with your vehicle. There is no other place that my husband and i will take our car to in this town but same day auto on 61st and Lewis for car repairs. Plus the coffee is great. Lol

Very friendly. Made an appointment. I didn't have repair done because of cost. I need a Nissan mass airflow sensor. Quoted price was almost $800. I ended up purchasing the part myself for $217 with shipping and paying $20 to have it installed, takes about 10 minutes. Other than their what they wanted to charge i would have used them.
