I called early in the morning expecting same-day service, but they didn’t show up until two days later. Poor communication and zero updates. Very misleading name.
Very bad experience.
Behaviour very bad. Very late.
I scheduled an appointment and was told the technician would arrive between 10 AM and noon. No one showed up, and I didn’t receive a call or update. When I called to ask, they were rude and said to “just wait.” I ended up canceling. Totally unprofessional.
