We are from out of state and we wanted something fun and new. We liked the environment a lot and we enjoyed the music. (I love jazz). The food was pretty good but my son and I weren’t that fond of the bourbon, maple sweet potatoes and I had to add balsamic reduction to their Brussels sprouts (they do make their reductions there though). Came here for a bachelorette party dinner. As soon as we walked thru the door, our waiter Matt greeted us and made us feel welcome. He went out of his way to make our evening special. Awesome food, awesome music, and awesome service. Will definitely be back!

My family and I had such a great dining experience here on Thursday night! It was our last night in town and my parents wanted something different, Sambuca exceeded our expectations by far. Matthew took excellent care of us and even had a cup of water with a lid for my toddler right when we sat down. Our food came quickly-which is important with a child. To top it of off the live music was fantastic. I can’t wait to come back the next time I visit Nashville. Thank you!

Are you guys taking cues from Waffle House? Are y’all trying to get innocent ppl murdered for eating while being black? I’ve eaten at your establishment and seen friends perform there many times and WOW! You need new management and not to try and blame it on the hostesses or the employees working the host station.
