This particular place sucked! It has zero customer service knowledge! Rather than communicate with us as guest they had us wait for over 30 mins for our first round if drinks. Later after receiving the drinks I requested the manager on duty DJ, & he was arrogant beyond belief!! He stated they were short and they would get to us when they could!! Never the less things got worse ! Needless to say I and my friends will never patronize this wannabe restruant again!!
Tonight, Saturday Feb 9, 2014 My friend and I were told we can't get in because of the dress-code policy and my friend was wearing a hoodie. So as soon as we left the door guy let a Caucasian male that was also wearing a hoodie in. I went and confronted him and asked him why are you profiling Black guys and he replied "That guy was on a VIP list and didn't need to follow the dress-code policy" And you're telling me racism is over America?
if you enjoy older women and 70s music this is the place for you, but if your looking for a young croud don't bother
Great Crowd, Great Times! – “Couldn't have asked for a better night. Friends and I came not knowing what to expect, and were overly impressed once we left. We started out with half priced drinks for Happy Hour. If you haven't tried the Pomtini Martini there, you must! We stayed for dinner--the Teriyaki Chicken was amazing! Then we danced the night away with great live music from a really fun, interactive band!”
Sexiest Place in Town – Sambuca 360 is one of THE hottest spots around. I have frequented this place ever since it opened and I have received nothing but, top notch service. This place has live music EVERY single night and you won't catch the same band there two nights in a row unless they are killer. Super swanky hot place to be seen. Don't wait go now...
I would have thought it was closed by now – The original Sambuca (which this place was marketed as having used as it's model) was one of the best live music venues in Dallas in the late 80s and well into the 90s. I could not wait for this place to open. What they opened is a wanna be "cougar" den with music that is horrible (haven't seen anything close to Jazz there since it opened) and a staff of waiters and door people who don't seem to have any idea how to do their jobs.
