Going do the Dentist can raise a person anxiety... however not in the Julian Centers environment. You will get the best care and attention you deserve. You will leave feeling confident and reassured at the treatment you receive.
The staff is always friendly and compentant.
Julian Center and Dr. Sambataro are the best - he and his staff have the latest equipment and are very professional. Dolores and Ann assisted today and did a great job on my crown. You will be happy with the care you receive there! Also, Cindy is the hygienist and cleaning specialist and I would not go to anyone else - hope they stay around for my teeth’s sake!
A Dental Wellness oasis, and much more ! I am sketptical by nature, but the staff and quality of treatment at the Julian Center is par excellance. As a V.A. disabled Veteran, there aren't any places within the V.A. that I could receive such cutting edge treatments. Although somewhat pricey, the attentiveness of the staff and Dr. Sambataro's extraordinary level of expertise make it worth it. Dental wellness is a gateway to overall wellness. You're in good hands here.
Gene and his staff are top-notch! Gene has always been on the cutting edge in all dental techniques. He is a life-long learner attending advanced dental education all over the world and his patients benefit from it. I have never had pain or any problems from any of his staff members. The Julian Center went out of their way for my checkup this past week, accommodating me by working through their lunch when there was otherwise some dental office emergency that would have bumped me onto a rescheduled appointment for another day. I consider myself fortunate to be in their practice.
As usual (which it has been for my many years in their practice as a patient) the treatment and professionalism and congeniality during my recent visit was off the charts excellent.
Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes
They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away . The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. The staff knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions.
