I was reasonably impressed with Dr Reddy based on his approach to my problem with anemia. He was thorough and did an exceptional review of my blood values. But, I was not seen until after 11:00 a.m. when my appointment was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Having to wait more than an hour-and-a-half is absurd. That should never happen without some explanation or rescheduling.
Wait time is ridiculous over a hour & a half on more than one occasion just in the waiting room alone not to mention the time it takes to do lab & see the doctor
The staff is great. Wait time is awful. Waited over 2 hours.
Yesterday July 14th was a great day upon arrival at Doctor Reddy’s office…starting at the front Desk, waiting area, my vitals taken and to be escorted into Dr. Reddy office. This is my first contact with Doctor Reddy and i found him to be knowledgeable, highly intelligent, informative and he walled me through all of my scans and tests.I am so grateful and thankful after leaving his office that he will take care of me all the way without any doubts and fear.
