The apartments are very nice however the company leaves a lot to be desired.They do not maintain parking lots in the winter, they treat people like children or a prisoner, you can’t get a straight answer about anything they refuse to give a corporate phone number the building is supposed to be secure but it’s NOT and now we have a problem with bedbugs which they have failed to handle properly and now the are locking all communal areas so that no one has access. They raise their rent more than any raises you get on your income
I love my apartment at Sanarita's! I never thought I could ever afford my own apartment on my income. Not only is it affordable for me , it is beautiful. The staff is wonderful and the building is keep up and very clean. It also is very secure and I feel very safe here.
